Anas Arangode has completed his MPhil in Rehabilitation Psychology from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala and MSc in Psychology from Periyar University, Salem. Tamil Nadu. He is a Solution Focused Practitioner & Psychologist currently holding a position as Executive Director at Academy for Solution Focused Approaches and Research (ASFAR – www.asfar.in). He has coordinated and organised several scientific events in national and international level, in the area of Solution-Focused Practices, Psychotherapy, Disability Management etc. sine 2016. His areas of interest are Rehabilitation, Organisational Psychology, Test development and Team Management.

Anjali S N is a postgraduate in Applied Psychology from Pondicherry Central University. Currently pursuing Mphil Clinical Psychology at National Institute of Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities( NIEPMD). Her interest lie in working with children , Autism, neurosciences and Behavioural Modification. She has researched in the areas of Autism, Disability, Self monitoring, cognitive retraining, attachment styles, Behaviour modification and coping strategies. She worked as Assistant professor (2016-2018), PG Department of Psychology Farook College, Autonomous Kozhikode. and in2018 worked as Consultant Psychologist at Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Kozhikode, Ministry of Social Justice, Government of India. She is passionate in working with children and research.

Fathima Zeba is a postgraduate in Applied Psychology from University of Calicut. An ardent researcher her interests lie in cognitive neurosciences, social psychology and application of solution focused approaches. She has researched and published in the areas of self-regulation, working memory, adolescent development and environmental effects on mental health. Zeba is currently a Research Assistant at Canadian University, Dubai and also functions as Research Associate for Academy of Solution Focused Approaches and Research.

Dr. Jaseem Koorankot is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist with Solution Focused orientation since 2010. He is currently facilitating clinical psychology trainees (MPhil) as a faculty and leading the clinical psychology department at IMHANS (Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences), Calicut, Kerala. He was trained at the University of Utrecht and completed his post-graduate degree, at the Academic Medical Centre of Utrecht, the Netherlands. He is currently a psychotherapist, in private practice, in Soesterberg, the Netherlands and trainer of the Solution Focused approach in the Netherlands, Europe and the Caribbean
Dr. Dhanesh Gopalan has completed his MPhil in Clinical Psychology from SRMC, Chennai and PhD in Psychology from Bharathiar University. He is a Certified Kids’ Skills Ambassador from Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute with more than 11 years of clinical experience. He was the former Principal & Clinical Psychologist at K E Safiya Autism Centre, New Mahe (India). He has completed more than 10,000 hours of psychological counselling. With more than 2000 hours in family therapy he has expertise in the area of managing family problems. His main forte is identifying, diagnosing and treating depression, suicide intent and bipolar disorders. He also has mastery in handling kids with Autism, Learning Disability and Intellectually challenged.
Dhanesh Gopalan, PhD
Dr. Sumona Datta is Psychometrician currently working as Assistant Professor of Psychology at Adamas University, Kolkata. She did her post-graduation from the University of Calcutta with specialization in Clinical Psychology. She received the prestigious award of Junior Research Fellowship from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. She completed her PhD in Psychology with a focus on cognitive test construction from Indian Statistical Institute as a Research Fellow of Psychology Research Unit. Dr. Dutta has been delivering workshops and talk on different aspects of psychometric test construction at many academic events in India and aboard. Her key research interest lies in Cognitive Psychology, Psychometry & Solution Focused Approach, and she has several publications in these areas.
