What is Solution Focused Therapy?
Solution-focused therapy is a future-focused approach, emphasizing the strength and resources people invariably possess and how these can be applied to the change process or the enactment of purposeful positive change. Solution-focused therapy allows people to adopt different perspectives to look at a specific situation and therefore deepen their understanding of antecedents and consequences.
